Job Summary:

The Venue Support Manager will plan, organize, and manage, complex projects related to the transition of venue operations and team members in the field. Transition activity includes venue openings, closing, and renewals, and the temporary assignment of duties related to Venue Director, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager positions when in transition.

Essential Functions:

* Lead onsite teams in the completion of venue transition projects such as new venue openings, existing venue renewals, and venue closings within planned time frame and budget.

* Temporarily assume the essential duties and responsibilities of other positions as assigned to ensure a smooth transition between permanent team members.

* Track labor hours and expenses associated with transition projects ensuring precise calculation and documentation of financial impact at the venue level.

* Maintain communications with all relevant stakeholders / departments ensuring service, financial, and progress transparency in every stage of the transition.

* Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the transition, acting as a liaison between the company, hotel partners, end customers, and third-party vendors.

* Assist in the buildout of efficient and effective storage and office areas.

* Collaborate with the Venue Operations department on the seamless turnover of sales activity, customer communications, the hotel relationship, and training of on-site venue team members.

* Collaborate with the Customer Experience department on standards and expectations for advanced sales including pricing strategy, collateral, and approval, client engagement reports, and feedback on new hotel opening strategy.

* Follow Pinnacle Live's venue sales process, including prequalification of leads, timely contract confirmations, effective follow-up and the creation and revision of proposals based on the needs of venue customers.

* Follow Pinnacle Live's venue operations process, including daily management of venue workflow (flow sheets), scheduling team members in workforce.com, venue billing process to ensure accurate billing of client events, attending venue operations meetings (BEO mtg, stand up, etc.), ensuring meeting room sets / strikes completed, team mentorship and training on Pinnacle Live products, processes.

* Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

* Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Pinnacle Live's products, processes, and offerings.

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in related field or industry experience equivalency

* Two (2) Years of project management, operations, and sales experience in industry

* Minimum of five (5) years' progressive experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management or director level role.

Travel Demands:

Substantial travel, up to 70% required within the United States and Canada.
