Rate of Pay: Starting at $19/hour. Pay rate based on certifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals, needs, and abilities.
  • Conduct engaging and motivating one-on-one training sessions to maximize client results.
  • Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
  • Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Inspire, motivate, and empower clients to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

What are We Looking For?

  • Nationally recognized certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • Previous personal training experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop personalized fitness plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
