What you will do

This position is responsible for providing leadership to a global team, across four regions, focused on driving the successful delivery of our Professional Services business across all lines of business but predominantly in RFID Inventory Intelligence.

This position reports directly to the Sensormatic Retail, Senior Vice President of Operations and works closely with the regional sales leadership around the company as well as global functional support groups such as Engineering, Product Management and Finance.

Sensormatic is the leader in the Retail Industry Loss Prevention, Traffic, and Inventory/ RFID solutions, designed to maximize profitability through reduced shrink (loss) and accurate inventory management & tracking. Professional Services partners with our regional sales teams across all solutions, but with a primary emphasis on RFID solutions and the retail use cases they enable - inventory management, reduction of out of stock (OOS), supply chain traceability, RFID as loss prevention, etc. The leader of this team should be able to act as "player coach", with strong domain experience in RFID solutions/ use cases.

How you will do it

  • Partner with regional sales team to build a strong funnel of Professional Services opportunities, drive consulting engagement to generate PS revenue, build a track record of converting PS engagement to meaningful regional sales revenue and margin.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the regional professional services teams as well as global support teams for pre-sales engineering, traffic and implementation services.

  • Define global organizational design and processes to ensure profitable growth.Implement/ leverage best practices across the regions.

  • Standardize, expand, and deploy service offerings to the regions based on growth potential, industry focus and profitability.

  • Work with global and local operational leadership for best execution and gross margin expansion and G&A structure optimization.

  • Implement IT platforms and service tools to ensure our professional workforce can work effectively.

  • Implement customer satisfaction monitoring methods across all regions.

  • Promote the organization of services at high business levels and develop partnerships and alliances with customers.

  • Drive teamwork, culture, compliance, and integrity while developing employees to ensure succession to support team's future.
