Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of a Building Service Foreman, perform the necessary custodial work to meet and maintain Building Service's high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and to help prepare for summer orientation, camps, and conferences.
Duties would include but are not limited to the general cleaning of offices, classrooms, lobbies, lounges, stairwells, landings. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and locker rooms on campus. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning toilets, urinals, and sinks, mirrors and windows both inside and out. Vacuuming and cleaning carpets. Maintain soap and paper supplies each day. Empty trash containers into the appropriate receptacles throughout campus. Cleaning with pressure washers as assigned. Assisting with and/or performing miscellaneous related duties as assigned.

1. Knowledge of cleaning solutions and custodial methods.
2. Ability to comprehend and follow oral instructions.
3. Ability to read and follow written instructions, directions, labeling and measurements.
