Your Team:

We're on the lookout for an exceptional organizational change management professional to join our Talent Management team as an Associate Director, HR - Talent Management. You'll play a critical role in driving successful organizational change and transformation initiatives. Your expertise in change management, business transformation, communication, and leadership support will be invaluable as we embark on this exciting transformation journey.

Your Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and initiatives that ensure successful implementation of organizational changes. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive readiness, engagement, and adoption throughout the change process. Your ability to establish trust and develop relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization will be essential in this highly collaborative role.

You'll collaborate with fellow team members to build change management capabilities and understanding across Baxter. You'll provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to effectively lead and navigate change within their teams. As a thought partner, you'll ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with other organizational initiatives. You'll identify areas of continuous improvement in change management methodologies, tools, and processes, ensuring best practices are applied enterprise wide.

In addition to your change management expertise, you'll collaborate on projects or workstreams that cut across the Talent Management disciplines as needed, such as development, culture, leadership, organization effectiveness, talent process and systems, and organization design.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives and transformation initiatives

  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify key stakeholders, interdependencies, risks, and mitigating actions

  • Create and disseminate compelling messaging to enable change readiness and adoption

  • Define and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to address resistance to change and ensure buy-in and sponsorship from key stakeholders

  • Create measurement opportunities and track key metrics to assess awareness, understanding, support and effectiveness of organizational changes

  • Collaborate with fellow team members to identify skill gaps and develop and deliver change management training programs

  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders to effectively manage change within their teams

  • Identify areas of continuous improvement in change management methodologies, tools, and processes

  • Ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with other organizational initiatives

  • Partner with colleagues on Talent Management programs or projects, such as leadership development programs, culture transformation initiatives, employee listening mechanisms, or organization design efforts

What You'll Bring:

  • 8-10 years of experience in change management or a related field

  • Experience in a change consulting environment preferred

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing organizational change or transformation initiatives

  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to practically apply best practices within the organization

  • Knowledge of best practices, models and frameworks in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organization Effectiveness through formal training and / or experience on the job

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Strong influence and relationship-building skills, capable of building and sustaining excellent relationships at multiple levels in the organization

  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and support leaders and managers in navigating change effectively

  • Digital savviness

  • Flexible mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or country equivalent required. MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

  • Change management certification(s) preferred

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $160,000 to $240,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
