Transformation Partner

As a Transformation Partner at Endeavor Health, you will partner with leaders in the delivery of transformational initiatives, which could include a focus on driving bottom line impact through care and business transformation and/or executing critical strategic initiatives.

This position is responsible for driving impact through the delivery of transformation initiatives within the Transformation Management Office (TMO). This can include project management of specific projects, process improvement, change management, human centered design, strategic execution, or operational excellence. This role reports to the designated TMO Director and will work closely with leaders across the system to advise, coach, and facilitate execution of key organizational priorities and overall outcomes and drive a performance management culture and discipline throughout the organization.

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Required Travel: travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required

What you will do:

  • Develop transformation project plans in partnership with leaders across the system, incorporating best practices that are consistent with Transformation Management Office approach.

  • Lead project team meetings to facilitate and influence change - share progress, discuss issues, document and track actions.

  • Set priorities, guide, and motivate project team members - including ability to connect across levels within organization.

  • Partner effectively with other TMO members and project stakeholders in support of project deliverables to identify dependencies and possible issues across teams.

  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and processes, training others to elevate organization capabilities to drive sustained transformation.

  • Support in the communication development efforts to ensure clear communications of transformation efforts.

  • Leverage best practices and knowledge transfer skills, perform analyses, synthesize information, and develop findings to support performance management and strategic decision-making.

  • Act as a Change Agent enabling Change Management at Endeavor Health through communicating high-level goals and change rationale, engaging stakeholders, identifying and responding to resistance, providing training for new ways of working, and instilling a continuous improvement mindset in the organization.

  • Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, practices, and procedures to mitigate risk and optimize performance outcomes.

What you will need:

  • Education: Clinical background and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related field

  • Certification: n/a

  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant and/or progressive experience in Clinical Improvement, Project Management, Business Improvement, or a related field

  • Unique or Preferred Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Comfort with leading through ambiguity to gain clarity and tactical plans while maintaining stakeholder engagement

    • Strong process skills with attention to detail

    • Ability to influence without direct authority

    • Collaboration and conflict resolution

    • Strong domain knowledge and interpersonal skills
