Manager, Product Management - Channels Product & Platform
We are recruiting a product owner to join the Channels Product & Platform group supporting the US Card line of business. You will be responsible for leading strategic vision for the Agent service platform(s).
What will you do?
Carry out the strategic vision(s) for core capabilities in the Agent service platform(s)
Responsible for breaking down business epics into features and further into user stories
Writing acceptance criteria and lead the grooming efforts with the Agile team
Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot reported issues, and oversee releases
A high level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
Establish and maintain a high level of credibility with stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems quickly, identify patterns and assess opportunities
Knowledge, passion and practical experience leading engineering teams in digital technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting and tailoring communications to multiple audiences
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 year of experiencetranslating business strategy and analysis into digital products
At least 3 years in Digital Product Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master's degree
3+ years of experience working with development teams
3+ years of software development experience
