B2B Product Operations- Principal Associate


The Commercial Bank's B2B Payments Product team is transforming how businesses operate, building top-tier customer and associate experiences using secure, best in class technology. The B2B Payments Product team is responsible for all of the payables, receivables, and liquidity products used by clients as well as associate-facing tools and operations and sales support.
The Product Operations team is a new team within the Commercial Bank's B2B Payments Product team that ensures product and client success by working closely with product managers, sales, customer service, onboarding, risk, technology, and other stakeholders. In this position, you will contribute immediately, bridging the gap between the Product function and critical Project and Process Management needs.

Responsibilities will include:
Becoming a subject matter expert on our products and experiences, both from a front-end and back-end perspective
Partner with customer facing associates to understand product & customer issues and ultimately drive to resolution in a well-managed process
Partner with technology teams to dive deep into more challenging product issues
Collaborate with Product Managers and content developers to ensure our customer facing associates have the required knowledge to assist clients
Aggregate customer feedback and recommend product enhancements to improve the overall customer experience
Work with our risk partners to coordinate responses to audits or assessments, and oversee the remediation of issues.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of Project or Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- At least 5 years of Project or Process Management experience
- Experience with Commercial Banking products
