Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with recruiters and higher managers to understand current and future hiring needs while creating creative strategies to engage passive talent
  • Proactively evaluate passive talent for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across the organization
  • Pulling hiring metrics from various sources and will speak to trends beyond the requisition as well as broadly to the market, line of business, or industry
  • Confidently handles objections and raises complex cases to recruiter when needed
  • Uses external knowledge to forecast trends and identify the impact on their supporting line of business
  • Proactively pitches how candidate's skills and motivations are a fit for a particular team
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred
  • 7+ years of full cycle recruitment with at least 3+ years of experience specific focused in sourcing
  • Direct experience sourcing for talent in the following areas: Digital, Product and/or Design roles
  • Demonstrated experience generating leads and building diverse talent pipelines
  • Experience developing complex search strategies to identify & attract passive talent
  • Strong hiring manager influencing skills with the ability to understand managers hiring needs, make recommendations and coach managers to make the best top talent decision
  • Labor market expertise; provide HR partners and hiring managers a detailed view of labor market trends, advise on competitor activity and provide insight of recruiting in the space.
  • Strong sourcing skills with previous experience developing, presenting and executing diversity sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
  • Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, andcommunicationskillsrequired
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential
