Essential Duties
Working with team members, research, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and then organize data into logical communication and messages as part of client presentation materials
Assist with real estate and financial modeling, labor cost models and other quantitative projections
Assisting team members, use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable presentation tools to organize and demonstrate recommended models for client presentations.
Help with the preparation and scheduling of team-client meetings
Attend client presentations to assist and support senior team members
Build effective client relationships to help the team meet or exceed client needs
Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for inclusion in client briefings, presentations, and reports
Assist senior team members in the research and development of white papers and industry reports
Other Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economic, Supply Chain or related field
4-6 years of experience preferred
Demonstrated economic, financial, and quantitative problems solving skills
Knowledge and effective use of business concepts
Knowledge of data sources and analytics tools (e.g., EMSI, Alteryx, ESRI)
Strong knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Superior writing skills that are sufficient to create professional presentations and reports
Effective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and relationship building skills
Exceptional organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and projects, keeping all team members informed of process and issues
