Sr. Consulting Analyst

Job Description Summary

Responsible for providing support to an account management team servicing multiple Fortune 500 clients and corporate real estate occupiers. The Strategy Analyst will assist team members in providing strategic planning services to clients. The candidate should be able to work independently to meet project deadlines. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic, dedicated, detail-oriented individual who is interested consulting and occupier services.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare PowerPoint Presentations that articulate strategy recommendations or explain real estate issues
  • Support portfolio planning efforts through the collection and maintenance of accurate data
  • Operate excel-based models to evaluate data and provide insight into portfolio data
  • Conduct supporting financial analysis associated with long-term real estate strategies
  • Work with internal C&W teams to gather data and research strategies
  • Document and communicate real estate strategies through relevant reports and presentations for clients and for delivery team members
  • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and real estate market data
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and presentation tools preferred
  • Keep current with most recent technology advancements and seek ways to use technology and dashboard reporting to better serve our clients
  • Assist leadership team with research to ensure we stay on top of cutting-edge workplace trends
  • Knowledge of basic commercial real estate and retail industries, both domestically and internationally
  • Other activates as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree B.A./B.S.
  • 2-4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Background in real estate or consulting preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Esri, Adobe considered valuable
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high flexibility and rapid response time
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

The position can require some travel

Physical Requirements

  • Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
  • May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
  • Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
