Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support daily transactional work including but not limited to coaching suppliers on process and procedures, risk management, and monitoring of at-risk deliveries
• Support each stage of the supplier issue process:
  • Intake
  • Assessment
  • Action Plan Development
  • Execution & Monitoring
  • Closure
• Perform Root Cause and Corrective Measure analysis to develop detailed Return-to-Green plans to monitor and track progress of issues
• Analyze and leverage data to drive solid decision making
• Monitor key indicators to identify at-risk inbound suppliers
• Coordinate with internal and external parties in order to resolve issues, providing day-to-day information on project status and changes
• Report issue progress and results and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed-escalating issues as necessary
• Support excellence programs for cross-functional groups

Skills, Experience and Education:

• Working experience in the Food industry is preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively with an aptitude for details
• Strong relationship building and business acumen
• Strong statistical knowledge and analytical skills
• Self-starter and able to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools

Education: Bachelor's Degree , Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering preferred
