With women only making up 15% of boards with Fortune 500 companies, there's been a leveling off of upward movement for females. That's led many to wonder why this has happened and if a different frame of thinking would help. Marla Tabaka, an individual with 25 years of corporate, start-up and entrepreneurial experience, opines to Tim Muma that women need to lead like, not their male peers, but women. She discusses what's preventing that from occurring and what women can offer differently than men.
