Job Description SummaryCushman & Wakefield is seeking a General Liability Claims Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portion of Cushman & Wakefield's U.S. and Canada general liability claims portfolio. Reporting to the North America Risk Manager, the role is responsible for all aspects and phases of the claims assigned to them, from initial reporting and investigation to litigation management through to settlement or denial. This position will partner with the Cushman & Wakefield business teams, third party claims administrator (TPA), insurer claim adjusters, insurance brokers, legal, and other internal and external groups to review, investigate, and assist in the decisions regarding coverage, compensability, and loss control initiatives.
