The Portfolio Strategy Practice Line within Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services Platform is a growing area that has proven critical to winning, maintaining, and meeting the needs of large clients that require complex solutions to real estate-related challenges across industries. The team works with Cushman & Wakefield's largest clients to design and build scalable solutions to improve service delivery and disrupt the stagnant tools and technology common in the real estate marketplace. This is done using best in class software such as Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI along with data sources from leaders such as Experian Marketing Solutions, Costar and our proprietary client databases. Our innovative strategies help clients make value-based decisions, effect meaningful change for their business and achieve quantifiable results.

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an organized, detail-oriented problem solver to join the growing multidisciplinary team. This position operates in a fast-paced environment and offers significant opportunity for professional development. This role is ideal for an ambitious, highly motivated team player with excellent communication and an affinity for detail.

  • The role of the Analyst is to provide analytical support, information research, financial modeling, report writing and, work paper organization and management
  • This role requires the Analyst to collaborate with senior team members throughout the consulting process
  • The Analyst gathers and assembles data, using analytical and quantitative methods to analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations that support the client and team goals
  • The Analyst will also assist in preparing and organizing client presentations


  • Work with team members, research, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and organize data into logical communication and messages as part of client presentation materials
  • Assist with real estate and financial modeling, labor cost models and other quantitative projections
  • Assist team members, use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable presentation tools to organize and demonstrate recommended models for client presentations
  • Attend client presentations to assist and support senior team members
  • Enter project pipeline updates
  • Help with the preparation and scheduling of team-client meetings
  • Support and contribute to a collaborative, teamwork environment
  • Respond to team requests in a timely manner, meeting all team and project deadlines
  • Build effective client relationships to help the team meet or exceed client needs
  • Meet all project deadlines
  • Assist in project tracking and administration
  • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for inclusion into client briefings, presentations, and reports
  • Assist senior team members in the research and development of white papers and industry reports
  • Connect with other Portfolio Strategy teams to ensure the leveraging of insights and new tools / analytics. Provide feedback and improvement ideas to the other Portfolio Strategy teams to enable continual innovation
  • 0-10% travel
  • Other job duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
  • 1 to 2 years consulting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Tableau / Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of Alteryx a significant plus
