Job Description
To follow the OCFO (Own Control Flight Operations) lead on offering prime service to those moving airfreight within the OCF Network. Maximum utilization of capacity suiting the service and cost requirements
of the shipments tendered, by mixing and configuring cargo as instructed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of documentation and volumes tendered to the OCFO (Own Control Flight Operations)
  • Preparation & processing of MAWBs
  • Effective follow up of pending bookings
  • Confirmation of flight departures
  • Close communication with Regional and Global OCFO, Gateways, GHAs and other internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Coordination and following of any and all government agency processes (e.g. TSA, IATA, DOT, etc)
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in international freight forwarding or logistics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills to ensure compliance and proper record keeping
  • Effective independent judgement in order to set priorities based on daily workload
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Customer minded
