Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, versatile, and experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to optimize our quote-to-cash processes. As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for CPQ Product builds.
  • Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, incorporating MDQ, attribute-based pricing, Discount Schedules, Advanced Approvals, and Price/Product Rule functionality.
  • Customize and extend Salesforce CPQ functionality using Apex, Visualforce, LWC and JS other development tools to support requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow for configured quote-to-order scenarios.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to resolve issues related to CPQ implementation, with a focus on pricing, approval, and calculation configurations and debugging.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CPQ processes, pricing structures, approval workflows, rule execution order and discount setups.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ best practices and new features to optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of CPQ solutions with other Salesforce modules.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer with a strong focus on MDQ, attribute-based pricing, advanced approvals.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration and pricing processes, with expertise in MDQ, attribute-based pricing, SBAA, and CPQ SObject usage.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration and third-party applications, emphasizing REST based integrations and comfort navigating APIs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CPQ implementation and ability to troubleshoot with end users.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Certified Admin, Developer I).

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
