Our Large & Compact Tractor Team is hiring an Engineering Manager for Engine Installation Systems. In this role you will lead all aspects of and manage the team responsible for the design and development of engine integration and related systems for Large Tractors (GPP L&C).

This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!

Responsibilities

Collaborate across technical teams and engineering platforms to implement solutions
• Provide input on the development of engineering processes and procedures.
• Promote and maintain a high level of teamwork and collaboration.
• Assure staffing requirements are met.
• Strongly lead and collaborate with CNH centralized groups and FPT partner.
• Estimate resources required to complete projects.
• Provide budget input on product development tasks.
• Be accountable for team member growth and development.
• Coordinate team member performance evaluations, and goal setting
• Position Pays $126,000 to $168,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Agricultural, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
• 10 plus years of experience working in an engineering capacity supporting product development or product validation
• 5 plus years of experience supervising or overseeing engineers
• Design, development, validation and especially application knowledge associated with engines (design, operation, and production), cooling systems, air intake systems, transmission integration, aftertreatment systems, and related integration in an agricultural, construction, or commercial off-highway equipment is required.
