Job Description
Objective of Role:

LaSalle Investment Management is seeking a full-time HRIS / HR Operations Analyst to join the Global Human Resources team. This position will report to the Head of HR Operations that supports the Global HR team and will help drive strategic business results via HR related projects. The HRIS / HR Operations Analyst role is a hybrid position, that will work directly with the Head of HR Operations on key HR strategic initiatives, while working to configure and maintain HR systems. This position requires a balance of rigorous, organized project management work as well as general knowledge and interest in data and analytics of HR systems.

HRIS Related Accountabilities

System Support & Problem Resolution
Participate in the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of our HR Systems, including Workday and our new performance management system, Lattice.
Act as a liaison to our parent company, JLL, who owns and operates the Workday system.
Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity.
Provide support for HR Systems, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
Analyze errors, utilize resources such as HR Systems community pages to drive resolutions and root cause analysis.
Support in data uploads into HR Systems.
Partner with JLL Technology and LaSalle stakeholders to deliver and test system integrations.
HR Reporting
Run and distribute scheduled reports and support business requests for ad hoc report generation.
Partner with Parent Company to develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards.

Workday Compensation System Support:
Assist the JLL Technology team with the configuration & maintenance of our compensation structure within Workday.
Use the Workday Community site to fix and identify ways to better use the system.
Support Compensation Team with timely accurate and secure execution of Annual Compensation Review process.

HR Operations Accountabilities
Act as main support for Head of HR Operations on HR strategic initiatives which mainly include, but not limited to, the execution of our new Talent Strategy.
Assist with and ensure flawless execution and delivery of HR processes and services including: Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation Planning, Global Engagement Surveys.
Assist in trainings of Global HR team of new HR systems and process.
Organize participation in appropriate compensation surveys and studies.
Understand and translate the priorities of the business into system/process solutions.
Act as a SME for HR processes as they relate to various HR systems.
Identify gaps in existing processes or operations when business needs change and provide solutions.
Work effectively and independently on assigned projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum one to two years of work experience in an HRIS role or capacity

Preferred Qualifications:
Superb attention to detail, ability to consistently deliver accurate data.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to decipher trends and meaning. Ability to effectively communicate the outcome and relevance of the analysis.
Functional working knowledge of HR processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt and prioritize, proactively meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS office, specifically Excel, including formulas and functions (i.e., vlookups, pivot tables, graphs, budgeting etc.) and Powerpoint.
Experience working with HRIS systems, database management and reporting tools, including performing data loads and audits of complicated data.
Self-starter who is interested in learning newer technologies
