Required Skills / Qualifications:
- College/university degree and/or experience of 6+years of practical human resource experience with 2+years EHS experience
- Experience and knowledge in OSHA Health and safety regulatory programs such as elevated work, lock tag out (LOTO), machine guarding, industrial hygiene monitoring, confined space, risk assessment, etc.
- Experience working with different Fabrication products, processes or systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, engage and influence others.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment within a complex reporting matrix.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts is preferred
