  • Estimated annual base pay:$110,900.00 - 138,600.00(midpoint)- 166,300.00

Are you ready to make your mark?If you're an SAP IBP Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you.This roleAnalyzes business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective software solution. This can involve working with management and key users to recognize and identify business opportunities. Solutions may require changes to existing systems, selection and integration of third party solutions or implementation of existing features of current system. Direct project team of developers, analysts and users, including multiple locations, for development of business systems. Analyst must maintain a total Woodward perspective when selecting a solution and collaborate and drive to common business processes across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Primary responsibility is analyzing business processes opportunities, recommending process and system improvements, coordinating improvements with business leaders, and designing business systems

  • Act as a liaison between systems software development staff, management and system end-users to provide effective software solutions. Participates in selection, evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support of software solutions

  • Act as a lead resource for IT analysts and developers, providing direction, answering questions, and reviewing documentation and specifications

  • Work with leaders to ensure project timelines fit within daily work assignments

  • Facilitate and coordinate software testing on system changes, mentor business users on creation of test plans, and drive effort to improve testing processes within the business

  • Act as a change agent within the business for adoption of process and/or IT system changes, and lead efforts in implementing those changes

What We Are Looking For

  • US - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred

  • 5+ years ofFunctional moduleexperiencewith at least 3 years of IBP experience preferred

  • Experience with detailing program specifications and testing programs required

  • Experience with giving direction to IT individuals and users required

  • Experience implementing process and system changes where existing processes are in place required

  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally
