Responsibilities:
- Manage tech budgets from the initial approval of a project through the project life cycle
- Ensure changes in scope are approved and funded before additional work occurs
- Manage end to end change management for programs/projects
- Manage resource plan for all projects in the program
- Serve as primary contact to senior managers and leaders for assigned change initiatives
- Communicate and influence both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources
- Analyze present-state, develop alternative future-state approaches and facilitate implementation
- Create a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and controls
- Partner with Project Managers and SMEs to execute technology solutions
- Manage to timelines and communicates project status
