The Director leads the division, oversees long-range planning, initiates and coordinates curriculum development and assessment, and advocates for student success and retention. Responsible for overseeing the curriculum, ensuring program outcomes, monitoring student concerns and progression, and mentoring, assigning, evaluating and supervising faculty and staff.
