Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Distribution, your main priorities are selling and implementing our strategy and programs to local Tier II key account chains (KA), and influencing the execution of programs through local decision makers (DMs). Main responsibilities include: managing local key account budgets and results (Distribution, Price, Promotion, and Quality Points of Distribution (QPOD) within the chain); developing productive business relationships with your assigned accounts; and developing solutions that resonate with your customer needs while achieving our goals.

EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 3+ years of Sales experience in beverage, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries or within a Direct Store Delivery DSD) operation
  • Experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. IRI, Nielsen)
  • Negotiation experience
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
  • Travel 10-20%
  • Permanent
