ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Management:

  • Support process development, program improvement, and quality initiatives for global commercial programs
  • Develop reports measuring program impact for the GOS leadership team, with support from the [Budapest analyst role]
  • Document and follow up on takeaways from Americas Regional Commercial Committee (RCC) and Integrated Portfolio Management Commercial Committee (IPMCC)
  • Periodically monitor the RCC activity in EMEA and APAC regions and identifying and escalating any issues/concerns
  • Support other Commercial Committee activities, when needed
  • Assist with preparation and organization of materials for Commercial Readiness programs, as well as broader GOS Commercial Training programs
  • Support the Commercial Management team with collection, follow-up, and organization of data and information from account teams for Health Check-up and Renewal Readiness
  • Contribute to template development and tracking progress of commercial health of accounts and pursuits throughout the lifecycle of the end-to-end commercial program
  • Take ownership of the Commercial Teams site
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure global adoption of all programs

Pricing Support:

  • Support development of pricing models for commercial real estate outsourcing pursuits across all GOS Service Lines (Facility Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, Project Management, Space Planning & Occupancy, and other related offerings)
  • Complete client pricing templates and deliverables for Requests for Proposal (RFP) responses
  • Partner with senior Pricing Team members to consolidate pricing for regional and global multi-service line pursuits into a proforma model that assesses deal profitability
  • Partner with Pricing Team leadership to support process improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Support projects for the broader GOS Commercial team, as needed


REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field plus 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in other Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience in Smartsheets
  • Comfortable working with, aggregating and analyzing large sets of disparate data
  • Strong attention to detail and precise with numbers
  • Experience with financial modeling and knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Approaches tasks proactively; does not shy away from asking questions and raising issues to senior team members
  • Effective organizational and research skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a timely and thorough manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI or other similar programs (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Proficiency configuring and managing sites on Microsoft SharePoint platform
  • Experience collaborating effectively in a global and matrixed organization
  • Self-starter that thrives in a high-growth business environment
  • Ability to occasionally travel for internal meetings
