Job Description

Responsible for oversight, leadership and direction of all Airfreight Operating sites in NAM region, ensuring operational excellence, enhanced client experience and fiscal goals are met whilst maintaining operating costs within budgeted parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Air Operating sites with daily guidance, leadership and support relating to operations, communication, revenue enhancement, Human Resources, process/procedure standardization and process execution.

  • Ensures new business is implemented and executed to client's expectation across numerous operations

  • Plans and implements resources at the Regional level -staffing, training, equipment and systems.

  • Ensure business execution and quality service delivery that meets and exceeds client's expectations.

  • Through collaboration with BPE and Client Engagement that fiscal and budgetary goals for Air Operations Sites are achieved and exceeded.

  • Manage professional development of team

  • Develop, grow and nurture client relations to ensure customer service and operation levels for the Region are maintained.

Required experience & skills

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree in Business or related field preferred

  • 8-10 years direct experience in the procurement of Air pricing and capacity, including client interaction experience

  • Enhanced negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of Air Freight Station and gateway operations and associated PL structures

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
