Reporting to the Architectural Specialties Product Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Specialist leads the development and implementation of strategic marketing communications plans, managing a broad range of projects from digital content creation to complex photography initiatives. This role demands an elevated level of creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills to ensure cohesive branding and effective market communication.

What You'll Do

  • Spearheads marketing projects with vendors and internal teams, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand consistency.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Manages content creation for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns, to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Analyzes and utilizes e-mail lists from marketing events to optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Ensures cohesive communication across departments to support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Oversees new marketing material production, including videos, ensuring content is compelling and on-brand.
  • Coordinates and provides expert support for sales and marketing events, ensuring successful execution and brand representation.

What will make you successful

  • Strong background in managing marketing communications projects, with demonstrated success in brand storytelling.
  • Leadership ability and independence in managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of graphic design principles.
  • Background or strong interest in Interior Design, Product Design, or Graphic Design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
