Maintenance Technician

We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily. We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun.

Here's what you'll do:

• Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, and appliances
• Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Property Manager
• Assist in the completion of preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to eliminate untimely and costly breakdowns in equipment, appliances, etc.
• Perform on-call emergency service, as required, within a rotation shared with other maintenance employees within the region.
• Snow removal in the winter months

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; on call rotation
