Job Summary/Objective

Fill in at multiple accounts for employees who are out on schedule and unscheduled leave, preforming a variety of duties.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

The right candidate must demonstrate agility and schedule flexibility. Assignments and dispatches can come at a moment's notice. Perform a variety of duties in copy, print, scanning, mail, shipping/receiving, fax, reception, hospitality and records departments Lift heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Adhere to business procedure guidelines and safety procedures Take direction from supervisor or site manager Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail Perform other duties as assigned getting instructions on new assignments. Technical Qualifications Proficient computer/PC skills Locating, compiling and distributing requested files, documents and information Maintaining daily productivity logs in order to monitor department activities and work.

Qualifications

Required:

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Required to work at computer for long periods
  • Required to to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hand and arms.
  • Required to regularly sit, talk or hear
  • Required to possess close vision and ability to focus
  • Conditions may include office environment, computer room, production floor, warehouse and shipping/receiving. Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink and other environmental factors is possible.
  • Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting/bending/climbing
  • May lift up to 25 lbs. frequently
  • Required valid driver's license
  • May be required to drive
  • Must have a flexible schedule for travel

Preferred:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
