Job Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at AMMEGA, you will be responsible for supporting our talent acquisition efforts and partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top-tier candidates. You will utilize your expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices to ensure that AMMEGA continues to build a high-performing team capable of driving our business forward. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract and engage passive candidates, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, and job boards.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to develop and implement recruitment initiatives, programs, and policies to enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to senior leadership.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles. Manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment, employment law, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Certification in AIRS (e.g. CIR, ACIR, CDR, PRC, CSMR, CTR, ECRE) is a plus.
