JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Marketing Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will serve as a liaison between multiple business units and our technology teams leading the analysis of systems capabilities, driving projects, identifying areas of improvements, and delivering meaningful change to the organization. The successful candidate enjoys analyzing complicated issues and has a deep understanding of the Lead to Opportunity Sales/Marketing process.

The Marketing Business Systems Analyst is a confident communicator at multiple levels of an organization and is thoughtful and organized in their approach. A proven ability to run the full projects lifecycle from requirements to delivery is key.

The expectation for an individual in this role is to have experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Data Mgmt. tools, Bizible, and other GTM technologies.

What You'll Do

System Integration: Oversee the integration of Marketing and Sales technology stack to ensure seamless data flow and alignment between marketing and sales systems.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with different GTM teams to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements for implementation and enhancement.

Project Management: Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects involving marketing and sales technology implementations, upgrades, or enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the tools to meet the specific needs of the marketing and sales teams, including workflows, automation rules, and data mappings.

Data Management: Implement data management best practices to ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and completeness within different data sources.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce to provide insights into marketing and sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and lead lifecycle.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on how to effectively utilize Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and Openprise functionalities to achieve their objectives.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues, bugs, and discrepancies identified by users, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing and sales operations.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and updates to different platforms, and recommend enhancements or new features to optimize marketing and sales processes.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

* Three years of previous experience as a Business Analyst or Marketing Operations Analyst.

* At least one year of previous experience as Salesforce/Marketo administrator.

* Strong communication and facilitation skills.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Self-motivated and self-directed.

* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business network across varying levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with SQL and BI tools.

* Salesforce certifications or Trailhead badges strongly preferred.

* Experience with Agile software development or similar methodology.

* Prior experience working in software industry.

$51,000 - $146,100
