  • What You'll Do/ A Day In The Life Typically Includes
  • Provides support and backup to Supervisor. Controls workflow within the department supporting all internal and external customers.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitors daily workflow for the DMP and Lamination departments
  • Adjusts personnel to accommodate workflow.
  • Researches problem orders and errors.
  • Troubleshoots issues with printing, cutting, and laminating equipment.
  • Completes administrative reports including the gathering of production records, maintaining reports of problem orders, and ensuring that problem orders are handled in a timely manner to meet SLA's.
  • Coordinates the ordering, storage, and inventory of supplies
  • Performs all job functions within the departments as required.
  • Maintains attendance and performance records.
  • Monitors safety requirements.

  • Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and lift/move up to 10 pounds. The employee must frequently reach with hands and arms and occasionally walk. Specific vision requirements include close vision in order to view PC screen.

Qualifications
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent and one to three years of experience.
  • PC skills. Ability to use sensitizing equipment, glue machines, and card cutters. Solid technical knowledge of CLS and B&T policies and procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively to customers or employees.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
