What the day will look like

The Implementation Manager owns the following types of projects:

  • Convert our clients' existing 401(k) plans into the Aon PEP
  • Coordinate automated payroll integrations as clients change providers
  • Manage mergers and batch rollovers of 401(k) assets related to acquisitions and other client transactions

In this role, you will expand your knowledge of 401(k) plan design, administration, compliance, and procedures. You will also work directly with clients and third-party vendors, serving as a project manager and resource.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Ability to own and take responsibility for multi-month and multi-workstream projects; Outstanding time management skills; Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal skills; Comfortable and effective speaking with clients and vendors; Works well within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to handle shifting deadlines
  • Resourceful, strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • General understanding of 401(k) plan design, administration, and compliance
  • Basic to moderate knowledge of Excel specific to working with census data

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

How we support our colleagues

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85,000- $100,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
