Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Support Associate
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
QPS Employment Group has a great Customer Service Support Associate opportunity available at a company in Quincy, IL. This position has the opportunity for hire.
Customer Service Support Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Enter incoming orders from laundries, medical, and disposable accounts into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy in order details and pricing.
- Generate pick tickets for each order and acknowledge customer orders.
- Provide daily reports on incoming orders from major laundries.
- Process incoming orders from dental hygiene and assisting schools (seasonal).
- Maintain updated electronic and/or physical order files for medical, laundry, and disposable accounts.
- Organize files of silk screen and embroidery designs.
Customer Service Support Associate Requirements:
- Minimum of a 2-year associate degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication) with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, QuickBooks for order entry, and Outlook for emails.
