Your Role: The TFF Programs Associate will help the Tracy Family Foundation (TFF) and related charitable entities pursue their vision and mission, with a focus on assisting across all TFF Focus Areas and specifically supporting TFF's Brown County Focus Area. The Programs Associate will work with other foundation staff and community leaders to empower Brown County to be a magnet community where people live, learn, work and play. The Programs Associate will also support the TFF President as needed across all foundation operations and program areas.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Culture | Work in a manner consistent with the of the Robert and Dorothy Tracy family.
- Program Support | Provide support to TFF Brown County projects, including support of Action Brown County, Brown County Trails, Mt. Sterling Uptown Facade Improvement program, and implementation of Mt. Sterling strategic plan. Assist with other TFF focus area programs as needed.
- Operations | Work with the TFF President to manage the TFF office in Mt. Sterling, facilitate document retention, process mail, distribute correspondence, assist with scheduling, and prepare for meetings.
- Impact Measurement | Regularly compile data from TFF's Brown County projects, maintain accessibility to data, and help to distribute it to relevant community leaders to ensure positive momentum.
- Grant Application Review and Grant Management | As needed, participate with other TFF Staff in grant application review sessions. Participate in organization site visits and follow up.
- Other | Execute other tasks as assigned by the TFF President.

- Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for growth, collaboration, and innovation

TFF Office Requirements:
- Must reside in Brown County, IL
- Must work from TFF's office in Mt. Sterling, IL at least 3 days per week. Other work can be done remotely.
Salary Range:
$52,000-$68,500 annually full-time
