SUMMARY:

The Associate Director of Neurology HCP Marketing is responsible for contributing to setting the brand strategy and responsible for its implementation. The role is focused on the development and execution of peer-to-peer tailored promotional programs, leading congress activities, and omnichannel promotional tactics and initiatives for HCPs Decisions will be informed through research, reporting & analytics, and industry trends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Contribute to the shaping and evolution of the brand strategy in partnership with the Neurology HCP marketing director and cross-functional teams
  • Execute the brand strategy for Neurology HCP Marketing by utilizing sound marketing principles, analytics, and market research
  • Develop and optimize promotional peer-to-peer programs, HCP congress activities, and HCP journeys, messaging, etc
  • Propose innovative ideas and tactics to elevate brand value
  • Participate and consult in brand planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners including digital solutions, data & analytics and market research to identify business impactful insights then pull through into marketing execution
  • Recommend and develop measurement plans and reports to help make business decisions
  • Leverage omnichannel best practices to develop and execute website, CRM, media and in-office marketing tactics
  • Manage within relevant budgets ensuring projects are completed timely and within scope
  • Ensure all marketing projects are compliant and have obtained necessary approvals through the appropriate medical, legal, and regulatory review processes
  • Achieve alignment through collaboration and communication with: brand leadership, data & analytics, market research, sales training, finance, regulatory affairs, product communications, and other cross-functional partners.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

  • Accredited Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years marketing, sales, or other relevant commercial experience
  • 4+ years brand marketing experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare industries
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction, influence others, and build consensus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, namely Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing third-party vendor/agencies, keeping them in budget and ensuring that their activities are aligned with brand strategy

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

  • Marketing and media optimizations, social strategy and execution, campaign management
  • Specialty pharma experience
  • Experience in development and execution of promotional speaker's programs, and managing congresses activities
  • New Product launch or indication expansion
  • Marketing IV infusion products
  • Prior success with developing and implementing test & learn initiatives and driving business decisions with data & analytics
  • Experience with OPDP and FDA requirements

TRAVEL:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically. International travel may be required

The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $180,000 - $220,000 and eligibility for a 20% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company's long-term incentive plan.
