WHO WE ARE

Metamora Fixture Operations is one of two U.S. fixture production plants supporting Hallmark Cards, Inc. This plant processes orders and manufactures Hallmark's product display concepts found in retail stores. Fixture Technical Designers take concepts to production working hand in hand with our skilled craftsmen and knowledgeable, experienced workforce. We innovate to reduce costs, lead time, and improve ergonomics.

WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

As a Technical Designer, you'll interact with our partners in Kansas City to solve for new customer needs. You'll take these concepts and create Solid Model CAD files for review. After approval, you'll design all required tooling for production and assist our Production department to ensure the parts meet the quality standards needed.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • Degree (associate or bachelor's) in the mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering field or at least 2 years of professional work experience
  • 3D solid CAD modeling experience
