Our Team

Our team is a part of a dynamic group situated within the Digital department and is at the forefront of digital innovation at Molex. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward these transformational projects, working alongside a team that is deeply committed to leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.


What You Will Do

  • Influence and lead diverse teams to align behind common goals and delivering excellent outcomes for the stakeholders.
  • Simplify internal complexity and ambiguity to deliver clear messaging that inspires trust and credibility.
  • Meet regularly with business and technology owners to drive timely issue resolution.
  • Work with business and technology leads to prioritize key outcomes.
  • Conduct team meetings with agendas with a bias to action and moving forward.
  • Keep track of program actions item and report results and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ensure Risk Planning and Resolution occurs and is tracked appropriately.
  • Engage closely with key stakeholders to provide transparency and assessment on risks and issues.
  • Organize documentation of project files, RACI coordination and communication channels during project.
  • Review change control items and participate in Change Control Board meetings.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience with large scale global transformational programs.
  • Experience working with technical individuals and driving results.
  • Experience with remote teams and deployments in multiple time zones in Asia, Europe and Americas that involve people, technology, and business process impacts.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience with 1 of the Big 5 consulting firms
  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum
  • Experience with large scale global ERP programs
