We are currently seeking a Bi-lingual Call Center Senior Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

The person in this role will serve as a Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative working in our inbound contact center. After approximately 120 hours of instructor led training and job-related shadowing per business project. This position requires you to be onsite.

Responsibilities:

    1. Processing application for debt relief program for eligible individuals as a primary function
    2. Respond and service customers via email or phone regarding past debt and give options for payment.
    3. Respond to and service customer calls via an inbound ACD system or emails via an email routing client.
    4. Educate and inform customers on account related departmental questions, concerns, and requests as well as City Policies, Procedures and Protocols.
    5. Research and analyze inquiries and concerns and take the appropriate action in resolving their Tax, License or Administrative Hearing inquiries.
    6. Promote positive customer relations and champion revenue collections while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, quality, and service professionalism.

    Basic Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Minimum 1 year experience of call center/customer service experience

    Must be bi-lingual in Spanish & English
