The Department of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Associate Professor, Assistant Professor. The department is currently composed of over 30 full-time faculty members with interests in medical education and health services research. The existing faculty program has distinctive strengths in communication, safety and operational sciences, geriatric emergency medicine and undergraduate and graduate medical education.

We are ideally seeking candidates from a four-year Residency and Fellowship with skills in the following: emergency care, health services, clinical research and/or out of hospital care. Success in obtaining grant funding is a distinct advantage. Candidates must be ABEM certified or board eligible.

This is a full-time faculty position in the clinical-educator track of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The nominee will be eligible for an academic appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Assistant Professor commensurate with experience, training, and achievement. Salary is negotiable.

The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
