The Job at a Glance

As the Kitting Associate(internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler),you will focus on packaging accessories and hardware with other parts and relocate them to designated areas so that they can be inventoried. You will be responsible for identifying the correct packaging material for the parts that need to be kitted.This position requires the individual to work with minimal supervision or as a team player.

A Typical Day

• Duties includingkitting parts, quality checks, and relocation of kittedparts
• prioritize work to meet deadlines for customer orders
• You willgathernecessary partsand labelcompleted packages
• operatingthe heat tunnel,strapping machine,foam machine, and bubble machine to ensure proper packaging

• You're a top performer in your current role and are in good standing with the company
• You possessstrong problem solving, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• You're adaptable and thrive within quickly changing environments
• You're looking to work Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMand are able to work Saturdays when needed
• You have the ability tomove around for long periods of time, andlift50 lbs. unassisted
• You have fantastic communication skills & you're proficient in English(verbal and written)
