Description
The Behavioral Care Coordinator - LCSW reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Behavioral Care Coordinator - LCSW, under the supervision of a staff psychiatrist, provides evidence-based care in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness in adults, and geriatric patients (as qualified) in the outpatient setting. This position provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy, as well as crisis intervention services. The Behavioral Care Coordinator - LCSW ensures that the quality of care is safe, effective, patient centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.
