THE OPPORTUNITY

Michelin, a global leader in sustainable mobility, is seeking a Corporate Travel Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in helping to execute Michelin's Corporate Travel Program, ensuring flawless travel experiences for our employees while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Our Regional Travel Team is a part of the Corporate Business Services-Personnel Team (CBS-P) and takes pride in supporting our diverse workforce and collaborates with our global Travel Team in France. This opportunity is located at our North American Corporate Headquarters in Greenville, SC.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Travel Management: Assist employees with escalations from travel related matters through to resolution.
o Collect and raise any concerns as needed.
o Analyze and provide issue resolutions and appropriate answers.
o Provide root cause analysis and recommend/implement corrective actions to eliminate recurrence.
* Employee Satisfaction: Prioritize employee needs, providing outstanding service and resolving travel-related issues promptly.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, internal stakeholders, and external travel partners to meet and exceed service commitments. Identify and share reoccurring issues with relevant partners and internal stakeholders and assist in solutioning.
* Policy Adherence & Strategy: Ensure all travel arrangements align with Michelin's travel policy and guidelines and call out any identified gaps. Partner with the Regional Travel Team to contribute to the development and refinement of travel policies, guidelines, and procedures to streamline travel processes and improve cost efficiency. Help develop strategy for new services, tools, or program improvements to save costs and increase traveler satisfaction.
* Industry Knowledge and Awareness: Stay up to date with changes in the travel industry, contribute to adapting strategies to benefit Michelin and its employees.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Knowledge of Corporate Travel: Familiarity with corporate travel policies and guidelines. Experience working in a corporate travel planning role is a plus.
* Relationship Building: Excellent social skills to collaborate with employees and external partners and respond promptly to employee inquiries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
* Data Analysis and Presentation Skills: Proficient in collecting and interpreting travel data, identifying patterns, and drawing relevant insights to make decisions and recommendations. Comfortable presenting to large groups.
* Adaptability: Stay current with industry trends and adapt to changing travel landscapes. Ability to work independently as a part of a larger team, in a fast-paced environment to deliver on expected results.
* Attention to Detail and Problem Solving: Ensure data accuracy and adherence to policies and swiftly address travel-related challenges to maintain smooth business travel.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite including Teams.
