Nevada Community Enrichment Program (NCEP) in Las Vegas, NV, a program provided by Accessible Space, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Full time Rehab Tech Supervisor to join our team!!

Now picture yourself in this role - The Rehabilitation Tech Supervisor will serve as a key member of a collaborative team by coordinating the scheduled activities of assigned staff to ensure client health, safety, and dignity needs are met. Also properly supervise assigned staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team

We can't get around this - to qualify you must have:

• A minimum of three years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury.

• A demonstrated ability to successfully lead, inspire, mentor, manage, and develop unlicensed staff. Successful delegation and collaboration skills. Minimum of one-year successful experience supervising staff.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently receive and transmit information including goals, policies, and trainings in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. The ability to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with staff and clients.
