Paid Safety Internship

$17.00 per hour, up to 29 hours per week.

It is important for the applicant to have a strong desire to learn to obtain this unique Intern opportunity. The intern must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, and WORK ACTIVITIES

    • Photography at employee events
    • Gathering information and submitting news stories for Corporate internet or social media
    • Internal newsletter writing and layout assistance
    • Drafting and scheduling social media posts
    • Creating slides for the monitors
    • Assist with tours (not sure if you have these often in the summer, but could be helpful)
    • Assist in execution of employee engagement events
Qualifications
  • Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have good communication skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have positive attitude and good work ethic.
