Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our client in Palm Bay, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations, which may include skilled handwork or utilizing automated production equipment.
  • Majority of the work will be circuit card Assembly/Soldering and Epoxy applications.
  • A magnifying microscope may be necessary for circuit card soldering and epoxy applications.
  • Comprehends and interprets various technical specifications, terms, and documents.
  • Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
  • Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
  • Works under limited supervision.
  • Maybe a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
  • Assignments are moderately tricky and need some judgment.
  • Less detailed instructions are provided, and minimal peer review is necessary.
  • Communicates with contacts, typically within and outside the department, on matters involving obtaining or providing information that needs explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Work may be structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
  • Resolves most issues.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has a moderate impact on the team's overall results achievement.
  • Work is of moderate scope, typically on more significant, task-related activities.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $28/hr.

Hours: 980-Reg Work Schedule.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in circuit card assembly/hand soldering.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in computers and applications.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • J-STD-Class 3 Certification.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and reference engineering drawings.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team-based environment and interact with support team members.
  • Fully proficient in supporting individual contributors.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
