Job Description Summary

Will conduct investigations in a corporate setting, interview stakeholders at all corporate levels, and counsel and interact effectively across CW's global organization.

Job Description

  • Qualifications
    • 10+ years of investigations experience
    • Experience conducting investigations in a corporate setting, and interviewing stakeholders at all corporate levels
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to advise, counsel and interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders
    • Strong presentations skills
    • Excellent writing skills, including notetaking and report writing
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
    • Able to exercise sound judgment in resolving complex matters and escalating matters appropriately
    • Strong organizational skills and experience in case management
    • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
    • Law degree preferable
    • Familiarity with employment law
    • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Responsibilities
    • Responsible for all aspects of investigating E&C reports of employee misconduct in the Americas
    • Understand company Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures to identify non-compliance
    • Oversight of junior colleagues, report editing
    • Lead, conduct and document complex internal investigations
    • Draft concise and accurate reports, including executive-level summaries of investigations, and presentations providing an overview of the key issues, findings, trends, and outcomes related to investigations
    • Build consensus around remediation/discipline with relevant stakeholders, providing an appropriate level of guidance from an E&C perspective
    • Present updates on investigations, including investigation analytics, trends, and remediation, to senior leadership and at various forums (e.g., regular updates to Legal, HR, and Internal Audit, etc.)
    • Ensure case files are complete and information is accurately reflected in case management tool (Navex)
    • Review data metrics to identify trends and to conduct root cause analysis
    • Provide training to employees and functional partners on speak-up, non-retaliation, investigations process, etc.
    • Report to the Head of Global Investigations; regularly apprise Head of Global Investigations on status of investigations
    • Hybrid a few days/week in Midtown Manhattan office

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $136,000.00 - $160,000.00
